Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires 4-6 additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training. With this specialized background, our team manages a wide variety of conditions relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions.
Removal of Diseased and Impacted Teeth, and Anesthesia
We remove impacted, damaged, and non-restorable teeth. We provide sophisticated, safe, and effective anesthesia services in the office, including intravenous (IV) sedation and general anesthesia.
Dental Implants
We collaborate with restorative dentists on planning and placing implants for missing teeth. We also reconstruct bone for implant placement and modify gingival (gum) tissue surrounding implants to create a more natural appearance.
Only the highest standards in implants and equipment are used. We are also using the newest technologies in implantology. Utilizing a Osstell meter we can measure initial stability and monitor the development over time. Just one of the many ways in which technology helps us meet the highest standard of care.
Pathologic Conditions
We manage patients with benign and malignant cysts and tumors of the oral and facial regions. Severe infections of the oral cavity, salivary glands, jaws, and neck are also treated.
Facial Pain, incl. Temporomandibular Joint Disorders
We diagnose and treat facial pain disorders including those due to temporomandibular joint (TMJ) problems.
